1. Membership Refunds

We offer a money-back guarantee on your first month of membership. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

• Refund window: 30 days from first payment only
• Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable
• To claim your refund, email support@theeliteengines.com with your purchase details
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

2. One-Time Product Purchases

For one-time products purchased through WarriorPlus (such as our front-end products and OTOs), the refund policy of WarriorPlus applies. Generally, we honour refund requests made within 30 days of purchase.

Refund requests for one-time products should be submitted via WarriorPlus support or by emailing us directly.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Membership renewals after the first month
• Lifetime or Founder memberships after 30 days of purchase
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
• Refund requests made after the applicable refund window

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@theeliteengines.com with:

• Your full name and email address used at purchase
• Your WarriorPlus or Razorpay transaction ID
• The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We will process your request within 3 business days and the refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks cause significant disruption and may result in your account being permanently banned from our platform. We are happy to resolve any payment issues directly and quickly.
