Elite Engines offers monthly membership plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes.

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Payments are processed by WarriorPlus or Razorpay — their terms also apply
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members

4. Permitted Use

You may use Elite Engines for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on one account
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Impersonate Elite Engines or claim to represent us without authorisation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, engines, designs, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Elite Engines. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own purposes.

Content generated by our AI engines using your inputs belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic Claude API). You may use generated content commercially.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Elite Engines provides tools, training, and resources to help members build online businesses. We do not guarantee any specific results or income. Results vary entirely based on individual effort, skill, experience, and market conditions.

Any income figures mentioned in our marketing materials represent exceptional results and should not be considered typical. Most members who use our tools earn little to no money initially.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Engines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
